One of the first things that attracted me to give the power colon cleanse trial a go was that it was powder based and not in pill form. Now you might think that taking a pill is easier, although mixing the powder only takes 30 seconds or so, but the process of creating a pill actually can reduce the nutrients that are present. Also the powder drink has no taste and I actually found it just like drinking a glass of water.

Because the pill form actually has reduced nutrients you could argue that you would need to take more of it in pill form than powder just to get the same benefits.

Personally I do not know if that is a scientific fact, all I do know is the powder form works great for me, and that is all I care about.

So what exactly are the benefits of the power colon cleanse? Well first of it helped me lose weight which was not while I tried it in the first place but have to say was a side effect that made me very happy!

I have noticed an increase in my energy levels to the extent my husband has said he wants to start taking it so he can keep up with me, silly man! My bowel movements have become much more regular and easier and my water retention and occasional bloating have all but disappeared.

Now there are other benefits but these are less apparent, at least without a visit to the doctor. The power colon cleanse will maintain your difestive system as a whole and improves your colon health. This in turn can help maintain the health of your other major organs as everything is connected in one way or another to your digestive system. I’ve also heard it can virtually stop IBS in its tracks but I can’t comment on that as I have never suffered from it.

So do I recommend the power colon cleanse? Well, absolutely.

As I mentioned losing weight was not what I tested it for but if you are trying to lose weight then this could be a great option for you. Of course the main reason for trying this would be to get healthier, fitter and have more energy, which is the results I have found from using it but being able to lose weight means for me this has been a double bonus.
